Exotic mixed hardwood Trays, Multiple uses - Trivet, Plate Charger, Round Risers, Plant stand, Candle Pedestal, Table Centerpiece, coaster. Hexagon shaped tray is made from beautiful strips of exotic woods and then finished with Butcher Block oil for a food safe finish. Available in 2 sizes - the 12.5 inch tray is large enough to use as a base for your dining room table centerpiece, as a trivet or large casserole dishes, many possibilities. The small 4 inch tray is a little larger than a typical drink coaster, however, also could be used as a small jar candle pedestal or to put under a small plant or vase.

Tray is made of multiple pieces - 1/4 inch base, 1/8 inch frame and then 15 pieces of hardwood strips are assembled on top of the base/recessed in the frame.

The border can be left natural or finished with a dark espresso, please select your choice of size and finish. The border is cut from 3mm birch and the base is 1/4 inch birch. Please feel free to reach out for quantity pricing.

What wood will the tray be made out of? I source assorted small cutoff pieces which once they are sanded and sealed the grains and colors are stunning! Here is a list of some of the different mixed hardwoods that I use, keep in mind this is just a sampling - I receive mixed boxes which may contain other woods not listed.
